What is Shared? The Singapore Honeywell &
Airline Reporting Exchange Database (SHARED©)
portal is a free value-added aftermarket service
for Honeywell's airline customers in the region.
It offers a comprehensive, secure, real-time
Repair and Overhaul status tracking system
together with community-building portal services
such as chat, discussion boards and technical
help.
- Why SHARED ?
Why Shared? SHARED is being designed to combine
the information resources of Honeywell and
its customers and use technology to drive
reductions in turnaround time, while improving
transaction flows, response times and management
of parts inventories.
SHARED is expected to deliver tremendous value
to all Honeywell aftermarket customers by
establishing a single point of contact and
streamlining communication flow through the
R&O process.
- What does SHARED offer ?
What Does Shared Offer The full-featured SHARED
system offers detailed information on the
various stages of the Repair process, such
as receiving inspection, findings, service
bulletin Information, fleet embodiment reports,
strip reports and SSL-secured cost estimates
for parts in shop, as well as regular fleet
reliability and capability updates.
An entry-validated online discussion board
is available for clarification or adjudication
purposes. Password-protected on-line approvals
are expected to significantly reduce the administrative
hold time while parts are in shop.
Complete findings, reliability and data-mining
reports shall be available for download in
future phases of SHARED implementation, together
with legacy systems integration options for
our customers and the One-stop Shop R&O process.
